Baustelle von Kindergarten im TPV

The tpv Technology Park Villach is currently witnessing exciting construction progress that will significantly shape the face of the park and the educational landscape of the region.

In the midst of the Technology Park, the new public kindergarten of the city of Villach and a state-of-the-art training and education campus for apprentices are currently under construction. With their progress, the expansion of the Technology Park is slowly taking shape, while simultaneously paving the way for an innovative educational environment.

The kindergarten will not only create new childcare spaces as part of the ongoing kindergarten initiative but will also be equipped with a unique "Mini Education Lab" in Carinthia. In this specially tailored educational laboratory for children three to six years old, knowledge about natural sciences, technology, computer science, and mathematics will be imparted in a playful manner to ignite children's interest in STEM subjects.

Simultaneously, the education center in the Technology Park Villach is also taking form. The educational campus, implemented by the Non-Profit Personnel Service GPS, spans an area of approximately 2,850 square meters and will house state-of-the-art workshops, laboratories, training rooms, and offices. Particularly noteworthy is the collaboration with renowned educational institutions such as the Technical Academy St. Andrä and companies like Infineon Austria, which will relocate their apprenticeship training to the new center.
