LithExx-Systems develops and produces systems for the semiconductor industry. With more than 30 years of experience in semiconductor systems engineering and semiconductor technology, LithExx can also build systems for special requirements. Due to specific knowledge in the technological field, customers are supported in the development and optimization of photolithography processes.
There are a total of 21 employees at the Villach and Dellach locations. In order to provide service for customers around the world, there are other sales and customer service offices in Germany, Singapore, and Taiwan. As a future-oriented company, LithExx also trains apprentices.
