WELCOME TO TPV: EXTOLL TAKES OFF IN VILLACH

With the establishment of EXTOLL AT GmbH, the tpv Technology Park Villach continues to grow as a key central hub in the Silicon Alps cluster.

Since June 2025, EXTOLL AT GmbH has been part of the tpv community – bringing extensive expertise in chiplet technology to Villach. The high-tech company, rooted in Germany, develops groundbreaking chip-to-chip connectivity solutions for high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, space technology, and quantum computing.

From initial contact to the official site launch, EXTOLL was comprehensively supported by BABEG and the state of Carinthia in setting up operations.

The choice of Villach was deliberate: a strong semiconductor community, modern infrastructure in the technology park, and close collaborations with research institutions provide optimal conditions. Within the dynamic environment of the Silicon Alps cluster, EXTOLL finds the perfect foundation for sustainable growth and innovation.

Five employees are already working on-site – with further expansion planned.
