The Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) has developed into a unique educational institution in Carinthia since its founding in 1995. Through the continuous development of its degree programs and close collaboration with industry and science, CUAS offers students a future-oriented education that keeps pace with the times.
The university strongly embraces its guiding principle of practical relevance. Full-time and part-time staff as well as guest lecturers from industry and business ensure an interdisciplinary, internationally oriented higher education. Currently, around 50 degree and continuing education programs are offered in the fields of engineering, health and social sciences, and business. The startup scene is centered around the "Gründergarage" (startup garage) located across from the CUAS building.
