A great success for comprei: The Villach-based company was recognized in 2025 as one of the best employers for women in Austria, ranking second on the prestigious “Best Workplaces for Women” list. This honor is awarded by Great Place To Work® in collaboration with the women's magazine WOMAN and recognizes companies that create especially fair and equal working conditions for women.

comprei's ranking is based on a comprehensive employee survey that evaluates various aspects of workplace culture. In Austria, approximately 500,000 responses from employee surveys in companies representing more than 26,000 employees were analyzed. The award focuses on trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and team spirit. Additionally, the general satisfaction of female employees, equality within the company, and the proportion of female leaders are considered.

The award honors companies that create an outstanding workplace cultures where women are fairly recognized for their work performance and experience equitable success sharing.
